My theory is that the crypto market has been relatively steady in relation to the value of one crypto to another. A couple of months ago my purchase of some steem cost 0.00024 BTC/STEEM. My guess is that you could buy them today with a few satoshi difference. It is fiat which is acting erratic. My feeling is that there is a corrolation of that erratic behavior to the turning on and off of USD production. Less quatative easing and bank fiat creation through lending and we will see lower market caps in the crypto markets. Lower market caps will see lower crypto exchange rates for USD due to supply/demand.
