Is there a way to link blog posts on Steemit so that the Images show up in Steepshot?

I need your help guys, I'm still discovering everything the Steem community has to offer, and I noticed that every picture I post in Steepshot turns up in my Steemit blog.

what I'd like to know is: is there a way to link a Steemit blog post with my Steepshot feed, so that the images used in a blog post become part of it? that way I can craft better stories in entire blog posts instead of just posting a picture with a short description.

If a Dev is by chance reading this, I'd love to have your input on the subject.
