How to Trade STEEM & SBD from Poloniex to Steemit

I know that Poloniex has disabled withdrawals and deposits on STEEM and SBD.

There may be a couple of other guides out there, however, it is important to continue getting the word out on this.

We need to transfer our STEEM or SBD to BTC so we can withdraw and deposit into our Bittrex Account. I know this is a big pain in the ass, but it is worth it to have your STEEM & SBD on Steemit.
