What is Anger ?
Anger is an expression of our emotion. It's not a malady but a symptom of many maladies.
Cause
Sometimes it's hereditary. That means if parents are angry, their children may be angry. Sometimes man adopts it from his surroundings circumstance. In some family, the master of the family takes it as his Authoritative nature. Sometimes, it happens due to lack of social skills such as people doesn't know how to talk to other in relax mood.
But in maximum time, it happens due to stress, depression, insomnia, drug addiction, lack of magnesium or manganese, vitamin C, or some B vitamins.
How to control it
Avoid those situations which made you angry. When you feel that something made you angry, shut your mouth & take abdominal breathing about 4 seconds. Try to some walk which reduces that strength which is pent up for your anger. Drink cold water. Count anything such as your finger.
But the best way is trying to remember the sweetest moment of your life.
