URGENT Need ACCOUNT HELP!!!!!

I have lost my password and only have it saved to my login but now I am no longer allowed to link my Dtube/YouTube website in the settings tab. I try and unlock all of my keys/passwords to login but it does not work and I need to find a way to fix it. I can not even change my display name or header picture.
