If I invested $106.67 through minnowbooster that would potentially yield a profit of:

$87.98 SBD (after deducting lease costs) and $194.65 In Steem Power over a 4 week period.

Over eight weeks the yield would be $175 SBD (after deducting lease costs) and $389.29 SP

These returns are 282.145% higher than those you are offering, which I'm sure you'll agree is not an insignificant amount...

If you lease, don't you retain ownership of the collateral and can you take it back at any time?
