Learning: if you're no growing, then you're probably stagnating.

It's great to have another voice join the chorus of active participation and self education/determination, especially ones that openly demonstrate their journey as a work in progress. It's very encouraging to those who may feel a little daunted or overwhelmed, because they can then feel as though their not alone but instead along for the ride.
