The human body contains 55% to 75 % water Depending on body size. We need to drink about 10 to 12 glasses of water per day for our body to function properly. Although, it is not clear how much water intake is needed to drink. Your brain is made up of 75% water and if you want shining hairs, younger skin and healthier body just drink a lot of water.

Here are some top reasons that why to drink lot of water:

1. Increases energy and relieves fatigue as it gives relief in functioning of heart.

2. Flushes out toxin – if you want to get rid of toxins from your body then drink lot of water that will release the body waste through sweat and urine which will reduce the risk of kidney stones and urinary track infection.

4. Being hydrated will also prevents headache and puts in a good mood.

I try to drink a lot of water but I know Australia puts fluoride in their tap water (I wrote an article about it if you're interested) which is really bad for your health. So still deciding if I need to buy a filter. But the health benefits are great!!! I know :-) Nice post!!!
