There is another tool you did not mention which is SteemNow.
I use it every day. It's simplistic yet shows all the important info. Even show you how much your upvote worth in dollars.

And (if nobody minds to advertise myself) my own app, which is not officially introduced yet, Minnow-Power.net.
This tool allows everyone to vote with desired voting power, even minnows or red fishes. It's available and working but I need a few days to finalize it.
