The Rat and the Snake

In a desert, there lived a snake and a sand rat. Actually, the snake really wanted to eat mice, while the mice tried to make sense so that the snakes no longer wanted to eat them. At that time the Snake was very hungry, even though he did not have any food. While the rat that was not far from the snake was busy devouring its food. The Snake was not happy to see the behavior of the Rat.
Snake: "Listen to my words, O arrogant Rat! I will definitely get your hands on that tiny and delicious body!”
Rat : “Hey, Snake. Try and work. Don't just dare to threaten. If you only threaten, even an ant can!”
The Snake was very angry at the Rat's taunt. He then returned to the nest with a hungry stomach. While the Rats are still voracious with their food. Time went on, but the snake did not find food either. He is also reluctant to leave the nest. Meanwhile the rat was fast asleep in the nest. The snake, which was still hungry, immediately crept closer to the Rat's nest even though he was still very annoyed with the Rat. And now the snake was at the side of the sleeping Mouse.
Snake : “Hey, Rat. I'm already next to you and ready to eat you!"
The mouse immediately woke up from his sleep. While pretending to yawn, he started racking his brains to escape the Serpent's grip.
Rat: "Wait a minute Snake, my friend. If you want to eat me, you have to think first. It's just the two of us here, no other animals. If you eat me then you will be alone. You won't have friends you can turn to foraging for food. Then you won't eat and you'll eventually die!”
For a moment the Snake was silent. He tried to ponder Rat's advice.
Snake: "So, we can't live alone?"
Rat: "Sure. Can't we be friends and of course we can find food together. Isn't that more fun than later on after you eat me you'll just live alone."
Snake nodded in understanding.
Rats forgive snakes too. They smiled happily, then went to look for food together.
