Make a subjective steem power, I don't want to have filter (and ranking) on posts based on how rich (in SP) are the curators - probably they get there upvoting boobs or talking like marketers and politicians - I want to value voters according to my OWN vision.
I 'think' I understand what you're getting at. Do you mean have the ability to follow Curators who's judgment you respect? E.g.
a list that shows posts that have been upvoted by a group of curators that I select?
If so, I think this would be a great idea.
For now you can use steemd.com to track how certain individuals are upvoting. (e.g. you can see all my activity at https://steemd.com/@nanzo-scoop). However it would be great to be able to select a number of users and a live stream of the posts they are upvoting.

tldr: as you say but add transitivity (according to a personal algo constants), like i trust you 10 you trust b 10, so i trust b 7.8 according to my algo (this way you extend your data on a long part of total network and have near full coverage)
