Thanksgiving Dinner

A few days ago I told my husband that since it was just the two of us, I was not going to cook a big dinner, we could have beer butt chicken instead of turkey. He says that is fine with him. Then today he decides to go to wal mart and buy a frozen turkey for me to cook. This is it in the microwave, it took 3 hours to thaw enough to cook, the microwave cooked some of it, too.
then he wanted me to bake an apple pie, but he also wanted to put green cherries in it, by this time I am not happy and I am not asking why. So this is the pie.
