well bro 30 min rule does not apply to curation reward it just changes the reward pool.....most of the curation reward consumed by first 10 upvoters according to timing of vote and your SP....whoever votes first get maximum reward and it also proportional to the SteemPower you have that is value of your vote so if your vote is not too strong you should vote as soon as possible coz you will at least get advantage of the vote number......let me go through my posts and find something important for you
