Steemians, its no news that FIFA 2018 world cup is finally here, @steemsoccer1 has thrown open a prediction contest and i decided to hop in and have some fun.

The Rave for this years FIFA World cup is much, as a four year event, much preparation has been put in place to ensure its success.

The Group stage promised to be exciting as 32 countries would be challenging each other, in order to remain in the competition, after which 16 countries would be eliminated.
