The following is the process of silk-t-shirt screen printing at Alkaysan lhokseumawe,aceh printing:
1.Design logo steemit and make outline logo according to clothes (this logo I design using photoshop).
- After design, we enter into the print process, setting the cutter outline, then put it with the printing machine
- After finishing the printing, now finishing stage, what to do is:
- Heat the finishing machine 2 to 5 minutes.
- Remove the logo that was cutter outline earlier.
- Stick the logo on sticky paper (so that when the clamp on a hot finishing machine, the logo is not scorched)
- Customize the logo on the t-shirt to be screened.
- Insert t-shirts and logos on the finishing machine at the same time
- After the heat of the finishing machine, then t-shirt clamps along with the logo.
- Wait for up to 2 minutes
- "Keep On STEEMIT" shirt is ready👌
