Proverbs 25:21-22 has a lot of challenging to oneself. Being a human, our weakness is to reciprocate others what others had done unto us. It takes God's mercy and grace to be able to do what this proverb wants us to do.
I have been in this situation and has done exactly what the proverbs is saying.
But the struggle of flesh can't be controlled without God's Spirit intervention.
