Unless you buy Steems Power which will make you climb on to the scale. The only other alternative is perseverance. We need to continue to believe and continue to write, comment or upvote.
Don't give up, our turn will come.

It depends on your content and layout. Don't hesitate to perfect your posts.

A photo in relation to the topic of your article and attractive.
Above you will find help to center your photos.
The content is very important to attract the right people, but the photo also, because unfortunately, much people or "bot" upvote without even looking at the content.
So it must be a picture that attracts the future followers.
The title matters a lot.
Most of the titles which hang followers, are questions, some enigmatic sentence or touching.
I post about 4 articles per day, but I think only 1 or 2 should be enough to not get lost in the new feed.
if you think some of your previous posts have not had the expected success, repost them.
Always find new ideas.
Don't just rewrite a post, find your own ideas, what you've ever seen on Steemit.
Be innovative.
Do not aim just the whales, vote for the minnows !!!
More the Minnows have upvotes, more the Whales will take a look at them carefully.
And finally, always answering the comments.

Nice points in this post! I'm still a bit confused on the whole reputation score idea as mine has seemed to have stagnated a little. All we can do is keep on steeming on!
