When you click to up-vote you'll see it - if you don't then you may be on a different operating system??
Think it is only available to those with a certain amount of Steem

i'm on Win 10 and win 7. on 2 different browsers, and i don't see it... man, i was really looking forward to it :)
Try it on Linux if you know someone who has it.
