Accurate voting - question about volume

in #steemit8 years ago

Ok, so we know that if we upvote a post which later goes viral (trending) we get a portion of the revenue it earns.
We know that we get a larger portion of that revenue if we upvote among the first. And supposedly those who upvote the post between 15 to 30 minutes after it has been posted get the best revenue.

We know that how much we get from accurate voting depends not only on the above factors but also on the amount of STEEM POWER we have.

Now my question: if we upvote 100 posts of which 10 go trending, do we get lower accurate voting reward then if we upvote 15 posts of which 10 go trending?

Thank you for your responses. I’ll upvote your replies even if you just say “i do not know”.

Even if you do 100 posts, they do not guarantee that the 10 of them will go trending. Speculating seem hardly fit when in absence of time. Just do as many as you can. Do your best :)

That is a good question. There's a lot about Steem that I need to learn, but the documentation is so seriously lacking that it's hard to learn anything at all about it.

Yes I totally agree.
As an engineer I'm used to big&long&boring texts, but STEEMIT didn't provide any.
I'd love to see an equation which explains accurate voting but there just doesn't seem to be one.

I just realized i have a limited number of upvotes... so much about upvoting 100 posts XD
