Make now users know steemit more

I need someone to explain Steemit to the new users in the platform. It is a little bit complicated to understand the usage in general; the language and terminology. Explain things like: Steempower, curation rewards, author reward, estimated account value, Steem and so on. Make it clear to anyone who is new.

It is also not clear as to why one's reputation is slow to grow. Some new users rank higher than some older users.

One would also want to know which content is more valuable. We may write posts, try to be more creative but you find other users earning more from their posts, even for content that may be regarded as just simple. It is vital to know which posts are likely to earn me more.

Also how to transfer funds created to my account for usage. The cents may keep mounting but it is discouraging to users like me that do not know how those cents will reach my pocket.

Is there any referral bonus on steemit? I have many people referred here but have no referral link to give to them to sign up under my name.
