How are the curation rewards distributed NOW?

I wonder how the curation rewards are currently working on Steemit.

Earlier, for the first 30 minutes, a part of the curation rewards goes back to the author and after 30 minutes the whole 25% curation goes to the curator.

But I read somewhere that the structure has been changed after hf20, the curation rewards for the initial 15 minutes get back to the reward pool and from the 16th min. it goes to the curator.

Is this correct? Is this the pattern in which the curation rewards are being distributed now? If somebody can clarify on this, it would be very helpful.
