Bandwidth Error VS Object-Object Error
I can upload now but wasn't able to for a few days in July 2018 (week ago apx) and I got the ObjectObject error message when I tried to upload photos.

But many months ago, there were times when trying to submit a post, a comment, I would get a bandwidth error message saying there was not enough bandwidth for me but that was months ago.
Sometimes, didn't have enough bandwidth some months ago.
But not now.
