I'm still confused as to why you wouldn't delegate to the curators? Wouldn't that be the better choice? Curation is not easy and some reward is warranted. This set up allows you to "milk" Steem (curation) at someone else's expense (time and effort).
They can't power down what is delegated
It is good to include other communities though. Hopefully, you'll expand to parts of the world not involved in your bribe attack. We have a tremendous spanish speaking community here, for instance. We also have pretty substantial German, Nigerian, Norwegian, Indonesian/aceh, and russian communities.
