Is Amway a good option for business ?

I recently heard of business plan offered by Amway. Many of us over here might have heard of it. As a result, I need an expert advice on the same.
As part of the plan, an individual needs to form a pyramid structure under himself & motivates them to sell as much product. If u have ever heard of any advantages / disadvantages regarding the plan kindly share it.
