Steemit as work or hobby?
Hello friends of Steemit, today I come to you with an interesting topic, a question that I have personally made several times throughout my life as a user in Steemit and is the title as they could read, I see Steemit as a job or a hobby?
With nothing more to add, let's start with the topic.
1) What is Steemit for you?

Steemit, personally, is a source of entertainment, leisure, fun and income; there are users who take Steemit at a more professional and technical level and others who take it as a personal diary, in which they share their life experiences.
2) Is Steemit a job?
In Steemit remunerations are obtained, the definition of work is as follows:
Work is called any activity that is either manual or intellectual origin that is done in exchange for financial compensation for the work done.

Another thing is the way we see Steemit, because as it is not a conventional work we do not see it as such, but the reality is that if it is and can even generate a much larger sum than in a typical job.
3) Is Steemit a hobby?
The definition of hobby is the following:
A hobby is not an obligation that demands full-time dedication, but is practiced for pleasure, with the aim of alleviating the stress of our daily routine, be it school or work, without giving us any kind of economic benefit.

It is an escape route to our reality, something that we really enjoy doing without the main objective of generating economic benefits. There are users in Steemit, which, their purpose is simply to share their hobbies with the community without expecting any compensation in return.
4) Work or Hobby?
Personally, I think Steemit is a combination of both, but it varies in each person and in his way of seeing things, such as:
- If our goal is to generate profits, it is a job.
- If our goal is simply to share with the community, it is a hobby.
It depends on each user, since not everyone in Steemit has the same purpose as others, there are some who do it only by sharing their hobby with others and some for the mere fact of generating an economic remuneration.
