Out of curiosity, once you start making money on steemit, how easy is it to exchange it for fiat currency at the moment?
It's fairly easy. You open an account with bittrex or poloniex, then sell your steem and steem dollars for bitcoin, then you sell your bitcoin for cash on something like Localbitcoins.com The process needs some improvement. We could bypass bitcoin with a new exchange instead, which would make it much quicker and effective

Is liquidity an issue for steem and steem dollars? That could prove to be an issue i would imagine.
Not really. About $200k-$1m changes hands every day. Big trades can move the price a lot but there are a lot of buyers and sellers
