A Simple Secret On How to Earn 1000 Bucks A Month Via Steemit.
1000 Bucks a month? Really??
Hello my fellow Steemians,
Last week before the hard fork I learned that a new UI design for Steemit is coming down the tracks, and in the middle of it all I discovered a fellow Steemian writer who earns $1000 a month on Steemit.
I don't want to name this Steemian, but they've been a member since July 2016 and have published over 75 articles which are all of superb high quality which I've read many times over.
They said the secret is to choose a niche on Steemit that you know really well e.g. writing poetry or short stories for example.
First of all I was happy for them, as it truly shows that if you put the hard work into Steemit you can truly use it as a primary or secondary income wherever you are in the world.
The bottom $ is this: The Steemit secret to great payouts seems to be a laser-like focus on a single niche on Steemit - and then to throw your heart and soul into it. Stay focused on your niche despite any negative comments that you may receive in the comments section, and your writing will improve within that niche - and thus your payouts will rise. At the end of the day, if your strive to become a better writer, then money will always follow you.
So stay the course and Steem on (naturally!)
thousands?
I'd be happy with tens.
At this present moment I'm happy with cents ... it's good character building stuff - it thins out the weak!!
I just mentioned @baah today in my Steemit Daily Dose vid :~)

Right now, actually you can't earn 1000$ by posting. Once the rewards pool is filled up then we have a chance.
In my experience, my top articles were from things I persinally worked on. Music, films, performance projects etc.
Not everyone is a prolific author, or has the time to rewrite some thing they find over the web. Your uniqueness is your most valuable quality that the community appreciates.
Sure. The main musings of this post were written before the hard fork as stated, but your right in finding those hidden nuggets of 'valuable quality' within us that we can all bring to the platform. Mining them is the hardest part!! Steem on @rossenpavlov :)
Fully agree with you! Something you work on yourself, makes you usually also the specialist on those subjects and do not need resources from somewhere else to write interesting posts about your work, hobby or interests.
I'm somehow astonished Movie reviews seem to do well, but that is quite easy to make and IMDB and the rest of the Internet is full of such information.
Unfortunately, Music category is not doing that well, but I keep on posting on Music, since I think we need such fun and triggers here on Steemit. Sometimes it just gets a little to serious and emotional.
You are probably right. As other in the comment section, I think this applies to all virtual and real communities. It is all about passion. With passion you focus and want to know more about the topic you have the passion about. With passion, you get enthusiastic. Being enthusiastic is very positive and provides a positive vive to others; That will trigger the attention of the other and will focus on really listening. That also results in the other remembering you. This works in the virtual worlds like Steemit, but also in the real world, whether it is in business or personal life. Whenever interacting with humans, it is all about something interesting in the other person, passion and enthusiasm is one of the important elements to fuel the interest.
Hi @edje - Passion to the niche is key - like anywhere in life as you say. I'm finding the #philosophy and #blockchain tags work best for me! ... (and sometimes the #NSFW too ;)
Cool that you focus indeed on a couple of tags. Interesting topics you have! I find all sort of topics interesting to read about; For posting a have quite a few topics as well; But I do not know each topic in all its details to be honest, but what I post about I do know quite well :) Anyway, so far so good, I'm not looking for high gains for now; I'm here to learn about CryptoLand, Steemit and foremost, to have fun!
The shotgun approach is good to start with on Steemit to find the lay of the land, but once you start digging into a niche it's a great little way to make a decent earning - and in some of them you'll find your the Trending dude most times! :)
When time comes, I'll for sure will look into it. Thanks! :)
Looking back at my own timeline it's really funny how it changes over time as we learn more and more on the platform. Steem on @edje :)
Thank you! Enjoy Steeming ON as well!
Followed you as well, since Philosophy and Blockchain are very interesting topics! Looking fwd to read more from you.
Philosophy / Blockchain / Boxing (Sports tag) = @mindhunter ; Thanks for the follow :)
I'm Trending, Number 1 Spot!

hahahaha :) just created a new tag...
Cheat! Ha ha! Well done :)
Trying to work the system! :)
BTW, I recently started to create lot of unique tags, with the guys behind "originaltag" you can earn 70 Steem for 1st selection and 40 Steem for 2nd selection; recently won the 2nd, turning low rewards for that post into something very decent :) Just a little advise from my side :)
Nice one - I'll check it out :))
