The abusive whales need to have their power cut off so it doesn't ruin it for the rest of the whale who are not abusive. You'll see the same whales (and some brag about how bad they are in comments) be destructive to the community. What a joke it is to them. Don't punish the majority who worked hard to get where they are. Give the powers to those who are responsible with their SP and improve Steemit community. 3 strikes and your kicked out for abusing steemians.
They have someone doing stats on whales who abuse and reports. There's got to be an app for bad whales. For each strike a little SP is taken so maybe these few whales could stop before the 3rd. Doh you think?

Have you heard of them? I just discovered one of their posts. As far as the app I was just saying new apps for everything keeps being made. I am an artist not a geek. :)

That is also an interesting idea @pitterpatter - but who would play 'whale monitor' to administer the 3 strikes??

Yeah wicked fall and his rib cage must be caved in. Arrogance has some pretty wicked karma when it catches up.
His mother never told him to NEVER stand behind a horse ... sounds like ignorance as well as arrogance!!
Maybe so.. but he is probably touched in the head and who know what further brain damage he has, now. No mama can fix that kind of stupid.
