What is a Minnow or a Newbie on Steemit?
First it is a consumer of the everybodys Steemit content!
Not everybody who sign up on Steemit is a good blogger autor or artist!
But we also need consumer for the content of steemit!
The same like me!
Im not a good blogger but love it to Reply make discussions and vote for good content!
i love to say what I meen and give also critical Replys or - now a Post like this!
I think a big Problem is that if newbies signup:
- read the first Postings and don´t understand how Steemit works
The newbie read a Post find it nice and make a upvote
But he see no Effekt from his vote because he have no Votingpower!
He write a Reply and most he get no answer!
or an Upvote for his Reply from the Poster!
The better way as the bots - is that every Autor who have so much Votingpower must give an answer to every Reply
from the little newbies and an upvote for every Reply from this!
So every newbie can see a first Effekt of his interaction on Steemit and how it works!
Because there are so much postings with 500 and more upvotes from the bots but only 10 or 20 Views !
Ok it is so nice - to get so much votes from the bots !!
But a Reply from a newbie is worth so much more !!
A Reply says I have read the Post as a human not a bot!
I am a new consumer of your content !!
why do you Post on Stemmit? to get votes from a bot or that humans like your Post ??
Every Minnow is a human consumer of your content!!!
Will Stemmit be a moneyprinting Machine by the bots?
with no humans - consumer of the content?
in this way Steemit can not go Mainstreem!
It must be a Rule - give every Reply of your Postings a vote and if you like a re-reply
This are humans reading your content!
I give every Reply on this Post a vote Because i can be sure a human have read my post!

I feel the same way about interacting with comments and replies as I do author post. I think it is what helps make the Steen go round.

why create content if only bots are going to vote ...
