With regards to your numbered reasons you're leaving:

#1 What does it matter what the managers want to make of Steemit? What do you make of it? I gather the rule of thumb is something like 80% of your own, original content rather than copy & paste.

#2 Mind over Matter - don't you mind what other people think because they don't matter.

#3 You'll find that's the way of the world. You have a choice, either stand out or fit in - that works for Steemit and the planet as a whole
