Congrats! I am suprised I haven't seen you on the costera. I walk my dog there every day, I see some of the other expats especially hanging out at StarBucks.
Honestly, I'm rarely on the coastera at this point. I live up on a mountain overlooking the city and that's where I spend most of my time, as I work from home
Nice breeze up there, it will start to cool down soon. Looking forward to that!
