Yeah, I figured a lot of whales were upvoting their own posts and comments, no big surprise there. I've seem random comments like "Nice post" get upvoted in my feed. Steemit is also a good way to launder money it would seem. If you want to transfer cash to someone for nefarious purposes you can simply have them write a post on Steemit.
