EXAMPLE: If you had a current steem supply of 100 steem and 90 of those steem were in steem power than your Total_Vesting_Fund_ Steem as % of CURRENT SUPPLY would be 90%.

What was the lowest percent that this has been at?
I agree with you I thnk it will come back and even stronger. But I think people like you need to continue telling those that are new to power up and get their SP high and that will do 2 things.

Great post...very informative!
I agree. I believe the large decrease is probably due to a lot of whales and dolphins powering down and the number of new users has yet to offset the balance, Steemit is still very new. It's inevitable for it to rise as more users come one board.
Have you considered that SP is the least liquid of the 3 and more liquidity is needed for more users? Im just not sure that 71% is really a low number for the long term. Now following!
