Very simple actually, but very few follow it leading to frustration and disappointment.
Steem dollars is very important for power up or down please elaborate?
Once you power up, your voting power increases - which is what I have talked about in the post. Powering down means that you are turning your SP into SPD and then usually into money - for your own use.
