A Steem Debit Card!?
The short-term answer to merchants accepting Steem but not being classified as money transmitters might be right here! Should I sign up for a Steem debit card and document the whole process?! up-vote and re-steem if you think yes!

Let's dig deeper please why would a shop accepting steem need to be a money transmitter?
getting the infrastructure to accept Steemit card will expensive unless it can be used with the traditional interact system.
Which is doable for sure. But there really isn't that many active steemusers making enough SD to actually have a use for one on regular basis... Yet. And they would want a commission. Can steemit afford the commission?
Would be cool if we could use Steemit debit cards.
