This kind of accounts should be banned, the whale should take notice of these kind of activity. They are polluting the Steem blockchain. I face the same issue don't find good content on trending page either. Hope for the best.
People with concern for Steem have taken notice. Banning is impossible. Things are being done. For now, they keep appearing on the pages but there may be a change soon.
