I feel the need to urge serious caution investing any finance into Avalon Life .

This site was brought up in a conversation with a very good friend of mine this evening , who is new to the crypto world and I feel i can say even though he has been looking into it for the last 3-4 months and started investing about 6 weeks ago , with no offense directed to him or any other such like person who is new to this world , I do consider him a complete Newbie. That said ,I am too  newbie also really with only 9 months total experience   in the crypto world, I'd be laughed out of any long standing  crypto related blog !! HA HA :)

So any way we were having a normal "Crypto convo" &  he mentioned Avalon Life & explained that he liked it as a cloud mining site and  as he is not yet mining but is super eager to get started it ticked all the boxes for him.

We are currently  waiting for a delivery of preorder  Super Bitcoin miners (32 Tera Hash ) badboys  to arrive in august , but I get his impatience to get cracking on the mining get up !

So i get home , chill out and remember our earlier conversation.A few things he said about "avalon life " just had my brain screaming caution for some reason, call it instinct who knows  , and only because I have lost a fair bit of hard earned bitcoin on this journey i feel i just want to urge caution to all.

Risks
The  Creation of partnership (license partner or client) carries with it a  significant risk. Prior to agreeing, carefully consider the exemplary  and non-exhaustive list of risks set forth below and, to the extent  necessary, consult a lawyer, accountant, and/or tax professionals prior  to agreeing to a Membership of Avalon Life S.A.
1. Risk of Faintness in the generation of Coinspertaining blockchain, and/or the Cryptocurrency
The  Mining software is itself based on a proven platform: There is a risk  that, as an open source project, any contributor to the Network  couldinadvertentlyintroduce weaknesses or bugs into the software,  causing the loss of mined Coins in one or more or even all of the Avalon  Life Holder accounts.
2. Risk of unforeseen attack vectors
The  field of Digital Cryptocurrency and Cryptography is very new and for  this reason, there is a risk of unforeseen attacks both in terms of the  underlying cryptographic protocol that backs the functioning of the  generated Coin, as well as interest of accessing to the wallets where  the mined coins are stored. Both these vectors represent a risk that  could lead the loss of the used Crytocurrencies in one or more or even  all of the Avalon Life Holder's accounts even though Avalon Life S.A.  will always use all of its technologic capability to avoid this from  happening.
3. Regulatory risks
Blockchain technology,  Mining and Cryptocurrencies are allowing new forms of interactions  between individuals and/or companies, some of them are still to be  imagined and implemented. Like with the appearance of cryptocurrencies  such as Bitcoin, it is very likely that specific regulations will be set  in different jurisdictions targeting blockchain technology and mining.  These regulations may or may not bepartner-friendly and some might even  forbid any relationships between an individual or company and Avalon  Life S.A.
Taxation
No party involved with the generation of  mined cryptocurrencies makes any representations concerning the tax  implications of the Generation of Cryptocoins or the possession or use  of Cryptocurrencies. You bear the sole responsibility to determine if  the Creation of any Crypto mined Coin or holded Cryptocurrency or the  potential appreciation or depreciation in the value over time has tax  implications for you in your home jurisdiction.
You Create  Cryptocoins with your own actions based on the purchase of mining power.  To the extent permitted by law, Third Parties or Individuals associated  with the Generation of them are not liable for any tax liability  associated with or arising from the Generation of Cryptocoins.

ARE NOT LIABLE, AND YOU AGREE NOT TO  SEEK TO HOLD ANY OF THE THIRD PARTIES OR INDIVIDUALS ASSOCIATED WITH  AVALON LIFE S.A. Why haven't they got a detailed video tutorial if there is so much to loose ?

Only about 2% of the world is actually in the crypto world thus far as well they would know.

 

ANY new crypto related site right now,  needs to be scrutinized with a fine tooth comb as people are taking advantage of the complete mass of  influx of inexperienced people to the crypto world and fleecing them while  the pickings are good and abundant. 

 PLEASE everybody who doesnt already Know , No One is going to double your bitcoin or give you a 6000% return never mind a 6% return in a few days , weeks months or years , especially if its such a great return they would  be giving it away to you surely??? Why would you have to invest in the first place. Surely they could just give everyone interested a small fraction of bitcoin to get them started if they had your interests at heart. 

Common sense can only state in normality that IF IT SOUNDS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE .............

I hope i am proved wrong on my "OPINION" I just urge caution steemit community . 

Any positive feedback for avalon life  would be much appreciated if you are part of their  community Statement" i am not trying to discredit avalon life  in anyway. I do hope they can deliver what they promise in the first instance and my misgivings can be rectified to full trust "
