✍️ Develop Your Own Style!
I have noticed that in Steemit, there are a lot of people that have the same format when it comes to writing style and blogging structure; either a blog post is all text or it's your standard 3-4 paragraphs with 1 picture in between them. But then I have also seen people that only write their blogs in an "all center" format. What I mean by this is that...
The reason why they do this is because when you go on their post, you automatically know that it's their post because you recognize their style. Everybody has a brand and when you publish content online, your brand is what people connect with. For a few Steemians, great examples being @papa-pepper and @jerrybanfield, you don't even have to open their post because their thumbnail pic is an image associated with their brand's style. But I digress...
Your style should be based both on the visuals and on your writing. I'm not saying my style is perfect, but i'm working on developing it! I know what I want to write about and I know how to write about it. But I'm working on developing a way to make it more attractive so that people take the time to read my posts. I suggest you do the same!
All I'm trying to really say is that if you're trying to get the eyes of others and maintain them, you need to be different and develop your own style.
