You are right in some ways
Anybody can spin up a node, populate a peer list (witnesses) and publish whatever damn think they want to Steem, as long as it does not violate the Steem protocol.
THE FLAGGING WAR ISSUE SHOULD BE ENCOURAGE ON pIagiarism and spam. Like you stated below, everyone as the right to steem what every they wished to
I do support various services and individuals that flag spam content, and I've used my own token downvote many a time as well.
Thanks for taking the time to read my post and understand why I didn't appreciate everything in your suggestion.
Its alright, life is all about ideas and leaning from who is right.
