Yes, we always need others to grow and to help others to grow, to help others we need to compete ourself, according to my opinion, since we are tend to follow our ego and will. Ego and will is important in art, but when it is too much it will kill ourself. If we can control ourself, be wise, and able to accept all the truth with open mind, we can do the best and help others to be the best, as we all hope.
