AWESOME TO BE A REDFISH
I am just a little red fish or plankton as I have heard some say in this great big Steemit ocean.
Being a red fish means that I am a newbie. I have much to learn. Even tiny minnows are bigger fish in the sea than little ol me. All over the giant Steemit ocean I see all kinds of minnow support. I have not seen any red fish support. Minnows travel in huge schools, like most smart fish. I want to be just like a Minnow when I grow up. I have had wonderful Minnow support from @lyndsaybowes, @henrdrix22 and @cheneats and @winstonalden. They are helping me swim.
One of the reasons it is so great to be a minnow is that they help red fish. They were just recently a red fish so they remember how they tried to swim upstream like a salmon spawning to get to Minnowhood.
Dont get me wrong. It is awesome to be a red fish. I will tell you why. Red fish are slow growing and long lived. Like about 40 years. That means we will still be here when lots of Steemians have given up. Red fish are courageous and have a playful spirit. Red is a positive colour to be, and is associated with our most physical needs and will to survive. And survive we will as we want to become a Minnow and then a Whale.
Red is warm and positive. Red is energizing. Red excites and motivates us to take action. We are defined by our pioneering spirit and leadership qualities, promoting ambition and determination.
Red fish are strong willed and can give confidence to those who are shy or lacking in will power. (ie. someone who might be thinking of Steemit). Red is a color of physical movement and awakens our physical life force.
Red can stimulate deeper and more intimate passions in us. Like the desire to be a Whale.
In eastern cultures red is the color of good luck. This is the good fortune that all red fish will find swimming up towards being a minnow and all the way across the ocean to become a Whale.
I am so thrilled to be on this adventure as a red fish.

steemb.@giveabit and it will give you your bandwidth. Also at the top righthand corner will be the amount of vests you have. you need one million vests to be a minnow. you also need 500 steem. hope that helps.

I dont remember where I saw them. I just know we are still at the bottom..but not for long. then we have minnow, dolphin, orca and whale. If I find something I will remember to let you know.

Hey I must be a red fish too. I am always wondering if there was a term for we 'sub-minnows' and I like that. I called myself 'fry' because I feel like newly hatched minnows, with my egg sac still attached, trying to swim, but sometimes sinking to the bottom and hoping not to get caught up and swept out to sea in a strong current.
