Well - and there is the aspect of community building. I think many only concentrate on their own posts and forget about encouraging others and creating a tribe - so to speak...
And since I am running the 5 min freewrite challenge I can tell you that some amazing content comes out of that. Plus people are learning and growing and - yes, you guessed it - building community which makes them want to stay on this platform....
