It extremely CRITICAL to add as much information here as possible. This provides an extra layer of authenticity for your Steemit profile. When you willing to share and promote yourself to followers, they don't think you trying to "hide" something.

Steemit Profile

Your Steemit allows for profile details: Profile Image, Cover Image, Display Name, Location, About and Website URL. They are not mandatory, but more is better in this case!

Once your brand is established and it is replicated across other socials platforms; Website, Facebook, Twiter, Pinterest, Instagram & other, you create a uniformity that followers recognise.

Another component that can have a HUGE impact for your profile is your Profile Cover Image.
