Stop power down and started 50/50 posts
I put a stop to my power down order as I dont want to sell off anymore Steem for cheap prices. I consider that in the near future or at least at some point this summer we will break last years price record ( I think it was 4,28$) at its peak. I like having enough Steem power to make a diference when I upvote so that good content can be rewarded accordingly.
Still looking for a job
Its been a week since I quit my job and my search so far has not been very succesfull, I have not been doing all I can to find another position but Its only a matter of a few days before I find something suitable.
Trying to earn some extra money on Steemit
Well Im going to make a huge effort to post more often and especially to create high quality content, this is something I have been struggling with as of late. Depression is a bitch and can really make one's mind blank when it comes to creative thinking. But as I do need some sort of income and I do managed to get upvoted on a regular basis Im confident that If I find the strength in me to write some interesting articles with some nice images to go along with it I should be able to make a few Steem on the way.
Curating
I have been busy spending more time reading over posts and looking for new people to follow, its surprising how many people are on steemit that I have never read or even heard about before and I have been on here for over 6 months now.
50/50 Posts
Nearly all my posts on Steemit since I started have been 100% Steempower but for the time being Im going to make it all 50/50 this can allow me to continue to power up at the same time allow for me to withdraw some of my earning to help cover my costs at the moment. When your not working you seem to spend allot more money that if your busy slaving away.

Would be great, I organized another one two years ago, but than stopped to do it on a regular basis. I think we should start to establish it on a montly basis and in the futurewe will try to invite speakers :)

Its only temporary I think until I start posting 100% again but for now and until I have a regular job this is my reality! thanks for comenting @rouketas

Thanks @looktee I actually really enjoyed my job and have been loving it for the last couple years. But what I consider are some unfair changes in how we operate have forced me into this situation. Maybe I can find a similar position soon

You realize that this is a savings, mining account at the same time as fun and social. That said, you need to do what you need to do with earnings as you have indeed earned them.
On the 50/50 it would be nice to see a way to choose your 50/50, Steem, Steem Power or Steem backed Dollars instead of a set plan.
Yeah more flexibility would be a great idea. Anything is possible here thanks to delegated voting
