DIY Face Masks

Our face is an important part of our beauty and i am sure everyone wants a glowly healthy skin! So, i decided to share with you a few recipes of diy face masks with natural ingredients! Hope you like it (:

~AVOCADO-APRICOT MASK~

-Ripe avocado

-Ripe apricot

Scoop out the flesh of ripe avocado and mash it well to make it smooth. Scoop out apricot and mash it well. Now mix together to prepare a pasty texture. Now apply it on face and leave for 30 min. Rinse it off with lucewarm water and pat dry.

TIP: Use it as an overnight mask for extra nourishment!

~HONEY FACE MASK~

-1 teaspoon plain whole milk yogurt

-1 teaspoon raw honey

-1 teaspoon mashed avocado

Mix ingredients in a small bowl until smooth. Spread the mixture over your face and let it sit over your face 20-30 min before washing it off.

TIPS: You can use this moisturizing mask several times a week if you'd like!

~YOGURT FACE MASK~

-1 teaspoon yogurt

-1 teaspoon honey

-1 teaspoon oats

Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and start mixing well. Apply the mixture over your face and let it settle for 15 min. When the time is up,gently rinse your face with warm water and ensure the entire mask comes off. Then,wash your face with cold water.

TIPS: Use plain,unsweeted probiotic yogurt.Sweetend and flavoured types will cause skin irritations!

~COCONUT OIL FACE MASK~

-1/2 ripe banana

-1 tbsp. coconut oil

-a pinch of turmeric powder

In one mixing bowl,add 1 tbsp of coconut oil and a pinch of turmeric powder. Stir it carefully to form a paste. Then,mash 1/2 ripe bananas using the back side of a spoon. Combine all those ingredients together and apply the mixture over your face for about 15 min. Lastly wash your face using cool water.

TIPS: You should better using this diy mask once-twice a week during night!
