Why steem value is too low?

In a month Steem have went down from $2+ to $0.9
This very strange since steemit network expanding and tons of new users and investors joining the network.
I just find it very strange that steem not reaching $3 by now!
I feel there is something strange!

    STEEM is a crypto..
    and July 2017 is the chosen month for all crypto to have bloodbath..
    Stay Tuned.. dont get panic..
    things will get to normal in August..
