This is so true. I have recently taken that break. I was so burned out from Steemit I just couldn't manage anything anymore. I have strayed away from posting once a day because life is just too busy now but I do try to make the time to pop on and write something.
Good idea. Everything needs to be done in moderation. I struggle with posting less because as a plankton I need to be building my followers. If I burn out though, I am nowhere.
