Wouldn't One Manner To Encourage Users On Steemit To "Dig Deep" Into Tags - Be To Reward Those Upvotes (deep into tags) With More Power - And GREATLY Reduce Power To "Votes" That NEVER Read The Post - REAL EYEBALLS
Meaning upvotes on posts over 24 or 48 hours old? And to reduce power to early votes slightly? Thoughts?
