WHAT YOU FOCUS ON
In difficult time we can find ourselves really focusing on the challenge ahead and leave you in a miserable feeling or state.
Shifting your focus onto something more positive can help you feel happy and in a funny state.
We can have the choice to focus on the hardships or focus on the good situations. We have the choice to decide what to focus our attention on and therefore the emotional state that we are in.
If things are going tough for you right now, try to focus on something which brings you joy and happiness as opposed to negative emotions and see if that helps!
