Weird Glitch in posting?

Ok so I tried to send a post out on If anyone has actually cashed out on here, because i'm beginning to get skeptical of the validity behind this site. It says we make posts, get upvoted, change for Steemcoins and sell for Bitcoins. Now when you sign up you get 10SP {Steempower) for signing up, but you can not exchange any of this until you reach 10X that initial amount, which a penny here and a penny there will take you months to reach. Then you have to change it to steemcoin, which is a lengthy process (all the while the coin goes up in price on the market due to interest and the claim that you can make it here). Letssay the Whales on this site decide "OK" price is right and it is time to sell. Now you overall worth in your wallet is going to be basically nothing and the time spent writing articles and posts have been wasted. To make who all the money?
